Washington’s latest directive focuses squarely on individuals deemed responsible for—or complicit in—legislation enabling uncompensated land seizures, race-based discrimination, and the incitement of violence against minority groups, notably Afrikaners.

The policy leverages Section 212(a)(3)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, granting the Secretary of State authority to bar entry to foreign nationals whose actions carry potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the U.S. According to the State Department, the measures will also extend to certain family members.
