051 Glorious Hill (051GH) is a company formed to help the materially poor and to renew the hope of the poor in spirit. The establishment of 051 Glorious Hill serves as a vehicle to reach the hopeless and to serve them with the utmost level of dignity and respect.
The 051 Glorious Hill Gospel Music Festival is an annual product of 051GH that promises an explosive worship experience for a one-day show on Sunday, 1st September at Madiba Arena (Vista) in Bloemfontein. The hot line-up includes artists such as Bishop Benjamine Dube, Ntokozo Mbambo, Dumi Mkokstad, Khaya Mthethwa and the phenomenal Rorisang Thandekiso as the MC of the show and many local artists.
The organisers have promised city residents a performance that will reignite hope, worship and thanksgiving. The local organisers of 051 Glorious Hill said that the community of Mangaung is delighted to be able to reconnect with their favourite artists, knowing that they have been patiently waiting for them to return to the city. City residents will be introduced to the soul-inspired theme “Hope, Worship, & Thanksgiving” that celebrates the Almighty as the fixer of life’s challenges.
“It is definitely a concert with a purpose. This experience will solidify the relationship that exists between music and that which is happening in society. Communities will be nourishing their souls, knowing that in all challenges and tribulations they face in their personal lives that there is hope that should eventually lead to thanksgiving. Supporters and the community can expect a hope-filled experience from start to finish with majestic performances, world-class production, dazzling costumes and melodious voices,” said Mr Osborn Motlhabane, the Public Relations Officer for 051 Glorious Hill.
