Strength, pace, ambition and revenge is what will characterise this weekend’s game on 7 September 2024, in Cape Town between the Springboks and their arch rivals the All Blacks during the Castle Larger Rugby Championship.
The Bokke managed to once again beat New Zealand last week coming from behind. In the first half of the game, it seemed like the All Blacks will finally beat the world champions and were in control of the game leading 27-17.
South Africa had to dig deep, pushed back and climbed back into the game with a great performance and won the game 31-27. The Springboks will look to repeat their win; however, New Zealand is expected to bring their best game onto the pitch.
The All Blacks start their game fast in order to take control of the match; South Africa will have to counter that by starting fast as well and secure the game into their favour in the opening minutes of the match.
The All Blacks are hungry to beat South Africa, to them, the game is more than lifting the trophy, it is about pride of the nation and doing the one thing that seems almost impossible, defeating the Springboks.
The game will kick off at 17: 00 at DHL Stadium.
