“This remarkable achievement is even more special because we earned this prestigious certification on our very first year of assessment, a testament to our unwavering commitment to our people and the incredible workplace culture we are building together.

It also gives us a clear baseline to build on, with insights into where and how we can continue to improve our human resource practices for the benefit of our people. Leveraging the best practices observed worldwide by the Top Employers Institute, we aim to improve our internal processes and elevate the lived realities of our employees even further,” said Lindiwe Miyambu.

It reinforces our alignment with our #cultureshift2030 strategy and underscores the determination of living our core values: We care for each other, We build trust, We do the right thing, and We excel in all we do.
