By Battle lines have been drawn, it is going to be brutal, entertaining, a thriller and an opportune time to finally bury the hatchet.
Once again, it’s ‘Pitori’ (Pretoria) vs Soweto, who will emerge the victor this time around? Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns will be battling it out this Saturday, 2 November 2024, at the FNB Stadium at the Carling quarter final knock-out stages.

Kaizer Chiefs on the other hand, is a totally different team hungry for a win and for trophies following a long period of draught at Naturena village. The quality of play has improved drastically and it shows that the Glomar Boys are out for a win.
They will also go into the match confident as they managed to come back from a 2-0 deficit against Magesi FC and equalised with two gorgeous goals. They could have scored more goals but missed, however, the one point was enough to give them confidence to go up against the now former ‘land lords’ of the PSL log.
In their last encounter, there was huge noise debating that the referee favoured the Brazilians; he gave them a goal that was a penalty, and denied Amakhosi a legitimate goal. It was argued that Chiefs could have won the game or at least it should have been a draw.
This game will settle all of that, who is the better team between the two. Is it seven up, or peace? The match will kick off at 18: 00.
