By In a feisty contested race at the Dutch Grand Prix on Sunday, 25 August 2024, McLaren driver Lando Norris crushed Red Bull driver Max Verstappen’s dream to win the Dutch GP for the fourth time in a row.
Verstappen started off strong determined to maintain his winning streak, but Norris was also looking for a win and gained advantaged as the raced progressed gaining momentum Norris passed Verstappen on the 18th lap getting to the apex first and maintained his lead.
Verstappen getting back on the race tried to fight for his number one spot but Norris was stubborn. Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc also sought to register his name on the winners list and delivered an excellent drive.
Lando Norris maintained his lead crossing the line first at 1:30: 45.519 (26 points), and Verstappen came in second at +22.896s (18 points). Leclerc came in third at +25.439s (15 points). McLaren driver Oscar Piastri came in fourth at +27.337s (12 points) and Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz came in fifth at +32.137s (10 points).
