By Reports have come in that Kaizer Chiefs defender Luke Fleurs (24) was fatally short last night at a filling station in Florida, Johannesburg during a car high jacking incident.
It is reported that the player pulled up the garage to get fuel, while at the garage, a white BMW vehicle allegedly pulled up next to him and men armed with guns came up to him and pulled him out of his car, one of the men allegedly short him in the upper body part before driving off with Fleurs’ car.
Fleurs was rushed to hospital and was declared deceased.
Luke Fleurs joined Amakhosi last year in October after leaving SuperSport United. He signed a two-year contract, with an option for a further season with the Glamor Boys.
