Chiefs equalised for TS Galaxy

Kaizer Chiefs scored two goals in its match against TS Galaxy at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 5 April 2025, but the other goal was for the opposing team.

Amakhosi started off well, putting pressure on TS Galaxy and creating spaces and scoring chances, TS Galaxy, under pressure, passed the ball to Kaizer Chiefs which landed on Sirino’s feet just on the line of their box, he blasted the ball towards the keeper, but the TS Galaxy goal keeper blocked the shot and deflected it.

Duba was there to pick up the ball and scored the first goal of the match on the 36th minute.

TS Galaxy pushed back in search of an equaliser, they had a few threatening moments but it was not meant to be. The game went to break with Kaizer Chiefs leading 1-0.

In the second half, both teams showed character, Amakhosi were looking to extend their lead while Galaxy was looking to get back into the game; they pressed on Chiefs resulting into a corner kick, Msimango returned a favour to TS Galaxy for the pass and scored an own goal on the 80th minute, levelling the ground for both teams.

The game ended with a 1 all draw.                                                                                                           

TS Galaxy is ranking fourth on the PSL log with 36 points, while Kaizer Chiefs sits on position eight with 30 points.
